The role;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retirement clients. as well as key influencers in the pension industry
- Plan and implement sales approaches and campaigns
- Design and restructuring of schemes in accordance with agreed changes
- Work closely with sales support, BDM and marketing colleagues to ensure effective sales process
- Staff presentations
- Attending industry events
- Provide feedback and information on market and product trends
- Ensure adherence to agreed sales, compliance, legal and regulatory requirements
- 2+ years experience working as a pension consultant in a life company or brokerage firm
- Strong understanding of the relevant underlying pensions legislation and regulatory environment
- Must be QFA qualified at a minimum, RPA / PTP / AIIPM qualifications are desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work towards targets
