Gemma is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Insurance sector. She began her career in New York City at Third Bridge, a leading research firm providing insights for top investors and business leaders. During her time there, she worked closely with Bain Boston, one of the world’s top three management consulting firms. After returning home, she transitioned into recruitment with Eirkoo, bringing a strong research-driven and client-focused approach to her work.

Outside of recruitment, Gemma enjoys playing GAA football with Longford Slashers Football Club, hitting the gym, and reading. Her competitive nature and analytical mindset make her a dedicated recruiter, committed to connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
