Accounts Assistant Accounts Assistant - 3 days WFH

Join a dynamic, long established, and family oriented international service company headquartered in Dublin. You will be part of a friendly team, reporting to the Finance Director and Financial Controller. The company is experiencing significant growth and expansion in Europe, offering a prime opportunity to contribute to their evolving Finance Function.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process customer purchase orders
  • Set up new customer profiles in the accounting system
  • Handle customer invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable staff to ensure accurate allocation of customer payments
  • Communicate with customer representatives to resolve financial and commercial queries, and manage the accounts receivable inbox for customer communications
  • Conduct credit control activities, including following up on overdue payments
Requirements:
  • Strong numeracy skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting software (training will be provided if needed)
  • Prior experience with billing systems and customer invoicing
  • IATI qualification, either partial or complete
Salary and Benefits:
  • €40,000 - €45,000
