Our client, a recognised and respected Financial Institution is looking for candidates with strong social & people skills, coupled with a positive can-do attitude.
This excellent opportunity is based in West Cork and provides an ideal route for anyone looking to take the next step in their career within Financial Services.
This role is Tuesday to Saturday in office, with a half-day every Saturday. The Role; - Dealing with customers face to face
- Advising customers on their finance queries or referring them to a senior member of staff
- Building strong and lasting relationships with staff & customers
- Always providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
- Back office administrative duties
- Answering phone calls and emails
About You; - Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred
- Motivated to begin a career in financial services
- APA qualification or working towards the QFA is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible approach to work and a team player
