Commercial Account Handler
Our client is hiring for their Mayo branch for a Commercial Insurance Broker. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial business clients.
Key tasks include: - Client Management: Handling renewals, queries, cover instructions, mid-term amendments, and claims, with a strong focus on client retention.
- Policy Types: Working with various policies, including Commercial Combined, Combined Liability, Motor Fleet, Shops and Offices, Property Owners, Directors and Officers, Cyber, and Professional Indemnity.
- Relationship Building: Collaborating closely with clients, insurers, and colleagues to maintain accurate information and documentation.
- Compliance: Adhering to compliance standards and relevant regulations, including the Consumer Protection Code 2012.
- Reporting & Participation: Timely reporting of relevant information and active participation in team meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess: - A background in commercial insurance broking or direct insurer environments.
- APA/CIP qualification (commercial lines) is required, in line with Fitness and Probity Standards.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, essential for fostering client connections.
