My client, a well-known luxury retailer in the heart of Dublin city centre, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. About the Role
This is more than just a finance position. As a Finance Business Partner, you will become a strategic ally to the leadership team, providing crucial insights that shape the company's future. You will have the opportunity to lead key projects, such as the implementation of a new ERP system, and will play a significant role in refining financial processes and systems to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Your input will be essential in steering the financial direction of the business, managing complex financial data, and ensuring robust, informed decision-making.
You'll be hands-on, directly supporting the CFO with year-end audits, monthly reporting, and various financial analyses. More than just crunching numbers, you'll be a key player in developing financial strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and working across departments to drive business performance. Your ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights will be critical.
  
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a proactive finance professional who thrives on challenge and is eager to take a pivotal role in a growing organization. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A strong financial background: You have at least 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering. Experience in implementing ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One, will set you apart.
• Analytical mindset: You have a talent for breaking down complex data, identifying trends, and crafting insights that drive business strategy. Your analytical skills will help turn numbers into actionable business strategies.
• Leadership and communication skills: You're not just good with numbers; you're also a strong communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to build relationships and influence decisions is crucial.
• A passion for improvement: You are constantly looking for ways to improve processes, boost efficiency, and add value. Your past experience shows a track record of driving change and improving financial processes.
• Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and holding a CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
