Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial reporting, management accounting, and tax compliance within a regulated environment.
- Lead the monthly and annual financial close process, delivering timely and insightful financial information.
- Drive financial integrity through robust internal controls and efficient audit processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a senior finance role.
- Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP, with exposure to financial management systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
