Mortgage Administrator A Leading Brokerage firm in Dublin City Centre is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Administrator to their team.

This is a hybrid working role. 

What you will do:

  • Supporting the team in administration and maintenance of an established and growing business
  • Liaising with clients, building and maintaining relationships
  • Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparation & Packaging of application forms and review documentations
  • Other adhoc tasks where required 
You have:
  • 1+ years in a mortgage administration role
  • Brokerage experience is preferred
  • QFA or working towards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good ability to multitask and meet deadlines
