Mortgage Administrator A reputable and growing financial services provider are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their thriving Mortgage Division.
  
This is a permanent position and comes with extensive on-site training.
There are Hybrid working options with an office based in Dublin City Centre.  

Key Duties:
  
  • Responsible for processing appropriate mortgage documentation for senior management & advisors.
  • Looking after the administration behind that of the mortgage process.
  • Assisting with any ad hoc administration duties
  • You will ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to and accuracy is maintained throughout all tasks
  • Maintaining quality standards at all times, ensuring that errors are not made.
  
About You:
  
  • Minimum 1 years experience in the Mortgage process is essential, ideally from a broker. Experience from loan offer to closing is desired.
  • APA or QFA Qualification is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with good attention to detail
