Mortgage Administrator
A reputable and growing financial services provider are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their thriving Mortgage Division. This is a permanent position and comes with extensive on-site training.There are Hybrid working options with an office based in Dublin City Centre. Key Duties: - Responsible for processing appropriate mortgage documentation for senior management & advisors.
- Looking after the administration behind that of the mortgage process.
- Assisting with any ad hoc administration duties
- You will ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to and accuracy is maintained throughout all tasks
- Maintaining quality standards at all times, ensuring that errors are not made.
About You: - Minimum 1 years experience in the Mortgage process is essential, ideally from a broker. Experience from loan offer to closing is desired.
- APA or QFA Qualification is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office skills
- Ability to work to your own initiative with good attention to detail
