Our client, a leading broker now based in the heart of Dublin City Centre, are looking to add a Mortgage Support Specialist to their growing team.The ideal candidate will have strong mortgage underwriting skills, as well as previous experience in either a broker or multiple lenders.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with 2-3 years experience working in Mortgages who are looking to take their next step in the world of financial services.The role; - Work alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors, learning the intricacies of client consultations, suitability assessments, and mortgage product recommendations.
- Assist Mortgage Advisors with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate client records on the system and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
- Build strong communication skills by liaising with clients, lenders, and the administration team.
- Actively participate in ongoing training programs designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor.
Requirements; - QFA holder with direct mortgage experience and a strong work ethic. Mortgage underwriting experience would be advantageous.
- A keen interest in the financial services industry and a desire to further learn about mortgages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
