Motor Trade - Account Executive The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our clients Motor Trade Insurance department. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, effective team performance, and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of insurance professionals, fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, adherence to company procedures, and smooth workflow within the department.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, address complex queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to contribute to the growth of the motor trade insurance portfolio.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • CIP, MDI, or ACII qualification is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry, with a strong background in motor trade insurance and people management.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • In-depth understanding of motor trade insurance products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
