Part Time Life And Pension Administrator
Our client, a reputable Wealth Management Advisory firm based in Dublin City Centre, are looking to add an experienced, QFA-qualified Pension & Investment Administrator to their ambitious team.
This position will provide the candidate with a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience into a progressive, dynamic, boutique financial planning company.
This is a part-time position (30 h/pw) with a salary up to €40,000
The role:-Administering new and existing business for pensions and investments
-Managing client queries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
-Maintaining and building relationships with clients of the firm
-Ensuring all process are adhered to compliance standards and procedures
-Other Ad-Hoc work where required
Requirements:-Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in a brokerage
-QFA is essential
-All round knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Regulations and Financial Planning
-Strong organisational skills
-Ability to work to your own initiative
- Good attention to detail
