The Role: - You’ll be responsible for promoting and generating new business across various personal insurance lines such as motor, home, farm, van, health, and marine.
- You'll manage client policies by addressing queries, making changes to existing policies, and ensuring alignment with their needs.
- You will support the annual renewal cycle to help retain clients, ensuring they continue to renew their policies each year.
- Day-to-day administrative tasks related to client policies will be part of the role, which could include maintaining records, processing claims, and assisting with general inquiries.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other insurance products by asking clients about their additional needs.
- You'll be responsible for providing an excellent client experience, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with the services provided.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the achievement of business goals, possibly including sales targets or departmental objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies, including compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) regulations, Consumer Protection Code (CPC), GDPR, and internal policies.
- This role involves dealing with clients both in-person and over the phone, offering a personalized service.
The Person: - A background in personal insurance (e.g., motor, home, health, etc.) is essential. This means experience in dealing with insurance clients and an understanding of the different product lines is required.
- Holding an APA or CIP qualification is a bonus.
- The role requires someone who is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with clients effectively and working as part of a team. You'll need to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients.
