Protection Administrator
Our client, a reputable Financial Planning company based in Dublin City Centre are looking to add a Protection Administrator to their growing team.

The Role:
- Provide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors.
- Provide assistance to our customers through the protection process from submission to inception.
- Data entry.
- Managing client queries.
- Managing pipeline.
- General administration duties.
- Manage follow-up via phone calls and emails.
About You:
- At least 1+ years' experience in an administration role dealing with protection submission and application documents
- Experience dealing with multiple providers submission process is desirable
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking.
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis.
