QFA Administration Team Lead
This is an exciting opportunity for a QFA Qualified Administrator / Sales Support to join a Reputable & Busy brokerage firm, in overseeing the Life Sales Unit.
This may suit someone looking to make a step up into a managerial role!
The Role; - Work with the Head of the Completions unit to deliver Life targets
- Manage Life team, oversee activity on a daily basis and delegate tasks
- Train new and existing staff on life team
- Case management of new business pipeline
- Ensure all business dealt with meets the company requirements
- Liaise throughout the process with clients, providers and any other relevant third parties.
- Ensure all business dealt with meets compliance standards
- Process all new business through the various industry online systems
- Ensure excellent client service standards are maintained with all client groups
- Respond to all request/queries in an appropriate and timely manner
Requirements; - QFA qualification
- 3+ years experience as a life / life & pesnions administrator in a brokerage firm or similar
- Strong understanding of Irish market leading products, especially life products
- Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- Experience with a CRM system
