QFA Administration Team Lead This is an exciting opportunity for a QFA Qualified Administrator / Sales Support to join a Reputable & Busy brokerage firm, in overseeing the Life Sales Unit.

The Role;
  • Work with the Head of the Completions unit to deliver Life targets
  • Manage Life team, oversee activity on a daily basis and delegate tasks
  • Train new and existing staff on life team
  • Case management of new business pipeline
  • Ensure all business dealt with meets the company requirements 
  • Liaise throughout the process with clients, providers and any other relevant third parties.
  • Ensure all business dealt with meets compliance standards 
  • Process all new business through the various industry online systems 
  • Ensure excellent client service standards are maintained with all client groups
  • Respond to all request/queries in an appropriate and timely manner
Requirements;
  • QFA qualification
  • 3+ years experience as a life / life & pesnions administrator in a brokerage firm or similar 
  • Strong understanding of Irish market leading products, especially life products
  • Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Experience with a CRM system
