QFA Sales Manager
Our client, a Thriving & Reputable Financial Planning Brokerage firm are hiring for a Sales Manager in their Dublin City based office.
This is an exciting, flexible & rewarding role for the right individual! You will sit on the management team, and be responsible for the day to day management / training of the Sales Advisory team.
The role;
- Managing the financial advisory sales team
- Training staff on systems, products and sales
- Managing targets and monitoring KPIs
- Recruiting sales staff when required
- Strategising for the business
Requirements;
- Previous experience managing a sales team within the financial services industry is required
- Must have the QFA qualification
- 5+ years experience in a financial planning consultant role
- Broker experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and highly motivated
