Senior Commercial Broker
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and global clients, providing excellent client service, and supporting the business in achieving its objectives across four key areas: Client, Financials, People, and Operational Excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle renewals, mid-term alterations, and client queries for large and global clients across a variety of risks.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and friendly service while meeting client deadlines.
- Identify and support opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain beneficial relationships with insurers.
- Follow company procedures for renewals and new business.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and company requirements.
- Foster relationships across different teams within the company
Qualifications & Requirements: - CIP Qualification
- Previous experience working for an insurer or broker is essential.
- A strong advocate for client needs.
- A desire to take on responsibility early in the role.
- A passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
- Hardworking, proactive, and flexible in approach.
- Ability to resolve client issues and find solutions.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and good general IT knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented in task completion.
