This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual in insurance broking and risk management, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving new business development, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurers.
The ideal candidate should have: - 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (Account Executive or Director) with insurance broking.
- Expertise in client relationship management, insurance markets, and new business development.
- A track record of delivering high levels of client service and a practical understanding of account development.
- Qualifications such as CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) and ideally ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and lead teams.
