Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Role:
This is a 360 recruitment role in which you will be given extensive training and guidance in. The role will require you to cold call, develop your own brand / network, meet with clients and candidates on occasion, head-hunt, screen candidates and manage relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ideal Candidate:
- A background in sales or customer service is required for this role
- Previous experience in recruitment is a bonus but not essential
- A third level degree is desirable
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude to every day duties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Target driven and goal orientated
- Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
